BloUP is a moisturizing cream that also gives thermal and chlorine protection while relieving frizz for days. It provides excellent moisture and shine while calming unruly hair. BloUP texturizing and smoothing cream is a must have styling addition to our UP Hair Growth System’s hair care regimen.

Usage:
Towel dry hair after washing. Apply pea size amount of BloUP to palms and fingers. Work base to ends for a full 20 seconds. Comb through hair and blow dry or flat iron. Works best when using in conjunction with our UP Hair Growth System and Styling Products.
